I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your support throughout the production and planning process. I never anticipated that arranging a headstone 14 years after my father's passing would affect me so profoundly, reminiscent of the day he passed. It truly highlights how each individual grieves and that healing unfolds at its own pace. Witnessing the headstone with his photograph being placed today brought forth a wave of emotions, as if hes just passed away again.

One aspect that truly stands out is the seamless service and the stress-free experience I had with your team throughout this entire process.

Thank you for providing the strength I needed to ensure this work was completed in a timely manner; the smooth transition and clear communication made everything considerably easier.

I opened your email this morning and cried my eyes out.

Thank you so much Helen, not just for the end result (which is beautiful) but for personally helping me to move through this process.

At the start, I couldn't face it, I was certain I couldn't do it. I was torn between wanting to honour mum with a beautiful headstone but at the same time not wanting her to have a headstone because that would make what happened real - a concept I've struggled with since she left.

So I was stuck, and couldn't see a way out. But then Tony introduced me to you and you somehow gently guided me through.

God bless you Helen for caring so much, the world would be a better place if we had more people like you in it.

The headstone in real life was really amazing and beautiful we love it so much. Our family asked where we did mums headstone and I told them where you are located and to come see Aro Memorial Manukau and no where else hahaha

We really appreciate your help and for making this transaction so smooth, caring, kind and supportive - especially as we had alot going on etc.
